Who is Enner Valencia? The unknown Ecuadorian joint top of the scoring charts
A quick glance at the top scorers table for World Cup 2014 and you will see the familiar names of Benzema, Müller, Robben and van Persie. Sandwiched amongst these household names is the relatively unknown Ecuadorian striker Enner Valencia. Of course clubgowi readers knew all about him 10 days ago.
Valencia plays his club football for Mexican club side Pachuca. Having only arrived at Pachuca in January 2014 from Ecuadorian champions Emelec he made an instant impact scoring 12 goals in regular season, followed by a further 6 goals in the play-offs.
