Wolfsburg have scored exactly two goals in each of their last three away starts, in fact, they have notched two or more in 11 of the last 12 road games in which they have got on the scoresheet, so rarely stop at one, so none or two + ! They have also scored ten goals total in their last five trips to Augsburg.  The hosts have scored in their last ten starts and at home , have scored in 13 straight games, with BTS in 9 of the last 10, in the game in which they kept a clean sheet (Union Berlin) the visitors were super wasteful, missing 4 BC's and recording an xGF of 2.20. It is very easy to see Wolfsburg as the better side ( xP places them 10 points and not 5 above Augsburg) and likely to continue to have joy today, but their 66 attempts ITB conceded gives cause for concern and goes a long way to explaining why they have conceded an extra 20 goals compared to the same stage last season, when their defensive prowess took them to 4th place and a Champions League spot. Like many before not used to that level of competition, it provided a welcome cash boost, but came at a cost domestically. BTS seems likely and "over" is the suggestion.
