BTW, I do suspect that this will be Thomas Frank's last season at Brentford, I would like to be wrong, but do appreciate that he is now 50yo, wants to challenge himself further and is kind of on the long, if not short list, for every big job that becomes available. I have also been told that his agent pushed for the Chelsea vacancy and know that he has a relationship with the people making decisions at Manchester United, so we will see. Also, unless Matthew Benham brings in outside investment, the Bees are going to be limited in what they can achieve long term, 7th-10th place being sensational and 15th-17th acceptable if things go against them, it is a very small window. A 10 team league within a league, where you cannot be promoted, but can be relegated!  TF is also the 4th longest serving manager in English football and second only to Pep in the EPL and no one stays anywhere too long nowadays. Just to be clear, this will be his decision, not the club's, they are very happy with Frank who is a fantastic fit for the Bees. Having said that, I suspect his eventual replacement is already on the coaching staff at  Brentford and in terms of transfer dealings, they are done by "committee" with TF only having a 25% say, so things should always continue on an even keel, just as they did after the departures of Rosler, Warburton and Smith.
