Lots of cream rising to the top of the leaderboard at the Colonial GC and we have an exciting weekend in prospect, but some of that cream has curdled, with six world top 20 players having missed the cut and some big names like Rahm, Dustin J, Mickelson (pictured), Webb Simpson, Kuchar, Open champion Lowery and Fowler all left looking for something to do over the weekend !

 

The long break and unusual circumstances we have all been living under and surreal feel to this event was always going to suit some players better than others, but I think we can expect a fairly normal event from here on in, with players remaining having proved they can handle the conditions and the back nine holes on Sunday promise much .
