MLS has opted to restart with a one off "World Cup style" tournament taking place at ESPN Wide World of Sports at Disney World Resort in Florida, which has been given the working title MLS is Back .
It will be played between July 8- August 11, with 54 games total, 39 at the group stage and 15 in the knockout round, across 26 match days, all teams will play a minimum of three group stage games, the two finalists will play seven times.
